Vision Statement

Relevant actions include the implementation of the national biodiversity strategy and its 2012-2022 action plan, which will allow the integration of biodiversity into adaptation and mitigation to climate change and the assessment of people’s ancestral (indigenous) knowledge, recognizing the role of farmer and indigenous economic models, culturally relevant in adapting to climate change.
